User-Submitted Digitization and Translations
Users who submit digitized materials or translations are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe copyright. Contributors are asked to provide any known information regarding the copyright status or licensing of the original work and to confirm that they have the right to submit the material under applicable law.
Translations and Derivative Works
Translations are considered derivative works under copyright law. A translation may only be submitted and published if the original work is in the public domain or is licensed in a manner that permits the creation and distribution of derivative works. If the original work does not allow derivatives, translations cannot be accepted or published without permission from the rights holder.
Licensing of Translations
When a translation is permitted, contributors may be asked to indicate the license under which they wish to release their translation. If the original work is subject to a ShareAlike or similar license requirement, the translation must be released under the same license or a compatible license, as required by the terms of the original work.
Review and Discretion
We reserve the right to review, restrict access to, or decline to publish user-submitted materials if there is uncertainty regarding copyright status, licensing, or permission. Contributors may be invited to provide additional information or documentation to support their submission.

By submitting materials, contributors represent that, to the best of their knowledge, the information they have provided regarding copyright and licensing is accurate and that their submission complies with applicable copyright law.
